Chelsia Gets a Massage

No words are needed.

Could the Fun Happen Later Tonight?

Chelsia wants to take care of the "offer" right now, as it may weaken James tomorrow in the POV. James replies that she "just wants to get railed", which Chelsia confirms. Lucky bastard.

Nat Finally Found Somebody To Talk To

Natalie has been doing the baby talk thing with the guinea pigs for the last few minutes, but it's probably been her most sensible chat of the day. I'm praying that she's gone next week. PLEASE! If not her, then her motormouth friend.

Ooooh, Chelsia just informed Ryan of her "offer" to James. Of course, it's now all a joke.

Hi Beebees!!!!

Sharon's daily routine is to greet the guinea pigs by saying "HI BEEBEES!"

Natalie and Chelsia have caught on to this and now they greet the damn guinea pigs by saying "HI BEEBEES!"

Please, ladies, I beg of you. Stop squealing to the guinea pigs. Also, if you're gonna call them "babies" please say it correctly. It's not "beebees."

One of the beebees just bit Ryan. SEE WHAT YOU GIRLS ARE DRIVING THEM TO DO.

Also, Sheila had no idea that the black and white photos were of evicted houseguests. Natalie had to explain that that's why they are still in color.

Chelsia's Indecent Proposal

James loves blowjobs.

Doesn't matter where he gets it from.

If James throws the veto comp, Chelsia will blow him. They just shook on this. Of course, Chelsia has to win the veto.

This blowjob could cost him $500,000.

POV Players Chosen

Everybody but Natalie and Ryan will be participating in the POV. Nobody understands, though, why the drawing was held tonight. Sheila suggests that maybe it's a double eviction week. Natalie, of course, thinks this might mean Matty's coming back! Little do they know the real reason!

Did Somebody Go Off On Sheila?

Ever since the feeds came back, she's been laying around on her bed acting sad. Since she's getting her way as far as nominations go, and Adam and Natalie are in a celebratory mood, is it possible somebody finally told her what they think of her sometime during the nomination ceremony?

Update: Still No Reason For Neil's Departure

Neil's cousin, Catalina Garcia, was one of five students tragically shot and killed at Northern Illinois University.

Edit: This turns out to not be the case, and it's even unclear if Amanda actually stated this rumor.

James And Chelsia About To...And We Switch to Stupid Sheila Sleeping!

Ugh! I'm so outraged. James and Chelsia were joking around in the bedroom that they might as well do it, since their status as a couple is the reason they've been nominated. Josh builds a wall for "privacy"...and we switch to two cams of Natalie bothering Adam and two cams of Sheila sleeping.

Isn't the reason for the feeds to show us what's happening in the house? Sure, a cam on Natalie's insanity is worthy of some coverage, but two cameras on a Sheila sleeping? Ugh! Especially when you can hear the laughter from the bedroom!

Oh boy, James just came running out of the bedroom claiming that he...uh, finished.

The New Threesome.

Allison out. Joshuah in.

Joshuah's hand. James trying to get some from Chelsia. He got laughs. But Joshuah did touch his boner.

The houseguests were just told to go inside. Drama...err....Lockdown time!

James' french word of the day

James: I wish we had a bidet here
Ryan: Out here?
James: no in there
Ryan: huh?

Ummmmmm prone to skid marks there James?

Lockdown for the night

By 5 pm their time (8 EST) they will be stuck in the house all night. They were given a 1/2 hr notice for the smokers to get smoking. With the mood already being very high strung, no nicotine for the smokers, and all stuck in the house, I have high expectations for some blow ups tonight.

Sexual Favors for Votes!

Chelsia is gonna blow guys for votes. She's also gonna tell Natalie that if she does go into sequestration with Matt, she will bang him for the rest of their time in sequestration, unless Natalie keeps her in the house of course.

James is asking her not to use her vagina. It will win and he doesn't have one.

Feeds are back on and nominations are made

James and Chelsia, on the block.

Everyone is way over the top right now. Might be an interesting night...

Some Funny Lines Today

It's been pretty laid back most of the day, with the exception of Sheila and Natalie still hounding Adam. But I did chuckle at the following lines:

Natalie, to Sheila: "I know 100% that Ryan is sticking with us. He loves me; I'm a favorite person in this house."

Sheila to Natalie: "God and Big Brother will not allow Josh to make it to the end of the game."

Sheila thinks Evel Dick is coming back soon (wow, she's a pshycic). Adam tells her that "he'll rip you apart." Sheila's response? "No, he's gonna like me." Uh, no.

Table Suffers Shrinkage - When Will We See Dick?

After this morning's lock down the HGs discoved the table had shrunk down to half the original size (it happens every year).

And since I am lazy and only wanted to make one post - let's talk about Dick. I miss all the Dick jokes I could make last year. Here is my thoughts on when he will show up as I posted over on iloverealty.com a bit ago...

On Wednesday’s live show Julie Chen announced that Evel Dick would be giving the House Guests a wake up call on next Tuesday’s show. Tuesdays are when the Power of Veto competitions are shown so I expect that that is what Dick will do in the house much like Janelle did last season. The POV competition usually takes place on Fridays and is taped for Tuesday’s show.

I think the tease about a wake up call is that Dick will enter the house early on Friday and wake everyone up in the same fashion that he did the second time he was nominated when the took pots and pans and banged them in the bedrooms to wake everyone up. Rather than re-post them here you can click on this LINK and watch several clips of his actions that day.

So if you want to see Evel Dick in the Big Brother house again and don’t have the live feeds - sign up today for the two week free trial and you will be good to go when he enters the house. The actual POV competition will not be shown I am sure - but Dick entering the house should be shown on the feeds I think.

Could Adam Put Sheila Up?

Adam has not definitely said what he's going to do. For the most part, he's just telling everybody what they want to hear. This is feeding right into Sheila's paranoia, so she just has to reinforce that she's apologized for being mean to him.

Adam replies, "I haven't told you that you are going up. I never said I was gonna put you up!"

Sheila then says, "just know this - if I do go up and I stay here, your ass is mine. Your ass is mine!"

Adam: "Don't threaten me, Sheila."

I hope to God he puts her up.

James Almost Tells All To Chelsia

Late last night, James told Chelsia that he has a shocking secret involving porn.

It Wasn't a Food Comp Last Night

From bb9spoilers.com

1:40am Post luxury competition We find out that it wasn’t a food competition but a luxury competition. The competition was based on Blackjack apparently Natalie doesn’t do too well only getting one right. Some of the prizes were $5000 in chips at Vegas and three days Presidential suite at Vegas. Josh/Sharon/Shelia/James won a movie screening of Big 2. They find out about Allison being a professional card player and there all amazed especially Josh….

Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?

James just asked Chelsia if she liked the way he looked tonight. She replied with "You look fucking hot."

They started kissing in the supply room. Earlier he was biting his toes. He didn't brush his teeth after it either. So Chelsia just made out with foot.

James seems to think he's a pawn to get Joshuah out of the house. He says he will win POV if he is put on the block.

Right now, it looks like Joshuah is just gonna enjoy his time left in the house. Wink wink. He told Chelsia and James that Adam said it was his time to be on the block since he's never been up for eviction. That sounds like something Adam would say, right? Joshuah is playing James and Chelsia like a fiddle right now. He's mentioned twice that he's "waiting for his funeral." He's dressed in all black, but he's definitely referencing the fact that people in the house want him out.

Ass Kissing Time

Joshuah is saving his ass, like I predicted. Adam is straight up with him saying he thinks he is going to put up James and Chelsia. Joshuah says he'll keep this a secret, especially from James. Also, everyone thinks Joshuah is going on the block, so it would be a surprise.

Joshuah also says it's a good idea to keep him in the house. The girls would be more inclined to put him on the block before Adam.

Joshuah is explaining that Adam is in a good situation because he doesn't have to break a tie.

Joshuah is pretty good at saving his ass. I hate him, but man can he convince people he's good to have in the house. He's creating alliances with the people who've won HOH as singles. He did it with Ryan, he was in with James, and now he's working over Adam. Ryan and Adam are eating it up.

There's going to be a food competition tonight, supposedly in about two hours. The girls are getting ready all fast, and the boys are just lolly gagging.

Joshuah came downstairs and ran into James and Sharon. Joshuah said that Adam was straight with him, and that he was definitely going on the block. Adam wants Joshuah gone. James believes him. Joshuah said that no one else was mentioned, just him.

Food Competition At Midnight?

Sounds like there will be some type of food competition at 12am. The HGs think it will be a gross out eating competition.

I'll be sleeping no matter what.

I would think it isn't for slop this week since the teams cannot be split evenly - most likely it is days of the week or food groups - so I guess they might have to eat slop on some days.

The HOH Room and Possible Nominations

For me, I had trivia when Adam was let into the HOH room, but I understand those who have Showtime saw it. Ya lucky bastards! I'm sure there was a lot of ass kissing going on.

Natalie's been hanging around Adam, trying to convince him who to put up. She keeps saying Chelsia. Ryan came in to listen to a CD, and Adam said either Chelsia and James, or Joshuah and Chelsia.

Ryan is not going to put Joshuah up. He believes he has a secret alliance with Joshuah. Joshuah knows Ryan thinks this, and is using this fully to hid advantage. Ryan might run to Joshuah to tell him what Adam's thinking, which will mean some major ass kissing time for Joshuah. I don't know why anyone would want to be aligned with Joshuah. He's only won things with Sharon. Last week, he dropped within 15 minutes of the last HOH comp. Today, he was the first one to sit. Is he really that good to have as a partner?

Natalie keeps talking about how they need to get someone out from their side. Ya did. James. But then your dumb ass voted him back in, ultimately fucking your boy Matty over.

So, as of right now, it's either Chelsia, James, or Joshuah. They all believe that James can win the veto. They're considering putting him on the block, hoping he wins the veto, and ultimately taking himself off the block. They'll put up Joshuah in that case.

It's still early. But at least we have SOME idea as to where Adam might be going with his nominations. Be prepared for some Nasty Naughty Natty. She's warned us a few times.

Natalie's mourning

Natalie is crying in front of Matt's b/w picture.

Boo Hoo.

Ryan is trying to be nice and make her laugh, but we all know Natalie's gonna cry herself to sleep tonight.

Adam And His New Cronies Celebrate, Everybody Else Is Shell-Shocked

What a difference an hour makes. Adam is celebrating with his new BFF's, Natalie and Sheila, while in the dining room everybody else is sitting with a shocked look on their faces.

Meanwhile, the backtracking has already begun. Sharon is making her case to Sheila that she had no clue about what Josh had planned (liar, liar), while Chelsia is making a similar case about James to Natalie.

As a person who detests both Sheila and Natalie, my only hope is that they bother Adam so much he ultimately puts one of them (hopefully Sheila) up to shut her up. Wait, that won't work, either.

Big Brother - Season 9, Episode 17 Recap

All right, here we (finally) go! Will it be Ryan or Matt that’s evicted this week? Will Josh unload his fury onto Sheila? Will my girl Chelsia flash? God, I hope so!

Let’s begin with a little complaint. Why couldn’t this episode be aired at the proper time? Do people still watch stupid Survivor? I saw a bit for the first time since season 2, and nothing has changed.

As usual, we begin with the familiar footage of James being evicted and getting a second chance, and everything else that has happened this week…and Julie repeating what we just saw. Thankfully, there seems to be no plan for some goofy twist this week.

“But first”…we have to go back once again to the moment where Matt replaced an always tearful Sheila as a nominee. I must say I love the look on Matt and Nat’s faces. Nat calls James a liar, and Matt whispers to her “I’m fucked”. In the diary room, James explains the whole third vote theory. One good thing does come out of this for Matt, though. He finally has a real excuse to blow off Natalie. “I got to be alone right now.”

Natalie starts bawling because “it’s really, really hard” and “I’m very, very, very sad right now”. Matt confronts James, who again refuses to state the real reason he’s been put up. “You’re playing with Natalie.” Matt replies that it’s not his fault she clings to him, and also plays a Sheila-ish card by saying he’s letting his mom down by not winning the game. Wow, he actually sheds a couple of tears!

James acts concerned, but is gloating in the diary room. “Boo hoo, Matt. He came out and started crying how he promised his mommy he’d bring her a prize. But Matt, everyone in here has a parent that they want to help out.” That’s probably the most truthful thing ever said on a game show.

Matt walks back into the house, and finally has to deal with a bawling Natalie, who feels she let him down by not winning HOH. “When I’m gone, you gotta go after him”, he tells her. She continues to cling on him, but he can’t disappear quickly enough. He then wanders around the house bawling. OMG, enough with the crying!

Meanwhile, Josh is promising Ryan his vote, and claims that Adam will also vote for him. “It’s gonna be 5 – 1.” Sheila also claims she’s going to vote for him, saying “you have to understand that when I make a decision, it’s a decision!” Really? Has that yet been true?

Ok, back to a moping Matt, sitting outside with Adam. He also thinks it’s going to be 5 -1, but Adam says he has his vote. He gives Matt a pep talk, and tells him to point out to everybody he’s “did nothing wrong to you”. Wow, it works, as suddenly Matt is suddenly cocky again. “I might have to play the sympathy card with some of these girls because girls are normally sympathetic towards things in life.”

His first move is towards Chelsia. “What do I have to do for your vote? I don’t want to spend my birthday in sequester.” Oh boy. “I’ve never spent a birthday alone.” Chelsia plays along, but in the diary room she claims she had to fight against laughing at his pathetic ploy.

This same “birthday” gimmick is then played on Sharon during her limited cameo appearance, and she also laughs. “Matt totally thought he had me eating out of the palm of his hand. Whatever. Get away from with that crap.”

Sheila, believe it or not, also doesn’t seem to fall for this line. “I don’t understand why Sheila, Sharon, and Chelsia are not promising me a vote. It’s really aggravating.” Hahahahaha!

He once again confronts Chelsia, who doesn’t want to talk about it. “Just leave me alone. Ryan’s not coming up to me campaigning.” Again, Matt attempts the Sheila method of “not campaigning” while actually campaigning. “I want to know what it is that I have done to anybody in this house.” He even pulls Sheila’s “I saved you” lines, and completely throws Ryan under the bus.

Of course, the Sheila argument seems to work on…wait for it, Sheila. You know, the woman who just five minutes ago says that when she makes a decision, “it’s a decision”. It never was before, so of course it’s not tonight.

Sheila heads up to the HOH to talk to James about this issue, and having sat through this when it happened live I’m going to fast forward. Imagine this two minute clip repeated for 45 minutes, before eventually thinking she has actually gotten through to James. Yet when she leaves, James celebrates.

Finally, we get back to Julie. And we’re going to have an update with Evel Dick and Dannielle! I can’t wait to hear his thoughts on these fools.

We come back to the commercials with Julie’s inane conversation with the house guests. She immediately asks James about his “word”. His response is about what you think it would be, so we move on to Natalie. For some reason, she puts on a fake southern drawl as she calls him a “little bit of a hypocrite. I hung up there like a warrior princess to make that deal with him. His word doesn’t mean anything right now.”

Julie goes for cheap applause by calling Matt, Adam, and Ryan the “Bible buddies”. Adam gets just a little bit too pumped up to answer Julie’s question. Can you imagine what he was like back when he was snorting. Ooof.

She then moves on to last week’s mystery box, and asks how many people thought it was going to be Allison coming back. Sheila, Josh, and Natalie raise their hands. It is shown that it was indeed Alex, and everybody (particularly Natalie) is shocked. It’s now asked who would have voted for him to return, and Sheila, Matt, Ryan, and Natalie raise their hands. Nothing is said about what would have been done in the case of a tie.

We now get the Dick and Dannielle update. Dick is at the Vegas Hard Rock Hotel, and greets his daughter at the door. WTF? Dick is going to meet Barry Manilow? His pals at the metal message board aren’t going to like this turn of events. Oh God, Dick has to name drop the various musicians that are supposedly his fans, and that he no longer has to pay for Lakers tickets. Sure, you don’t. Ok, even I’m getting a bit nauseous listening to him talk about how famous he thinks he is. “It’s almost like rock star-ish.” “Almost” is the key word.

Dick says he took Dannielle to Europe with the money, but she seems to be the same whiney brat she was last season. She does admit that her trip was a lot of fun, but she admits that their relationship is not “perfect”. I would imagine the car he bought her helped bring it a bit closer to perfect, though. They both agree that they’d probably still not be talking if it hadn’t been for the show.

We find out Nick and Dannielle are no longer dating, before we move on to what we do want to hear – their thoughts on this season’s crew. They both think that James is actually playing the game, but despite Dannielle’s teasing Dick says Sheila’s voice “drives him crazy”. You’re not the only one, sir. “Her and Natalie – they just never stop talking”, he adds. “That’s all you did”, replies Dannielle. Touche. Dick thinks this is the one season he could have possibly flown under the radar. Oooh, we’re told Evel Dick will be on the show next week!

It’s now time for the eviction, and Ryan’s final speech is as boring as his previous attempts. He just wants to right what he’s done wrong, blah blah blah. Matt says he’s humbled, and also wants to “rectify what he’s done wrong”. Chelsia goes in to vote first, and votes to evict Matt, as does Joshuah and Sharon. Natalie, of course, votes to evict Ryan, as does Adam and Sheila.

So it all comes down to James, just like CBS wanted. First, we have commercials. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Finally, we hear James vote to evict Matt! As expected, Natalie wants to cling onto Matt, but he can’t get out of there quick enough.

Julie is quite the journalist – “Matt, you look devastated.” “Yes, I am.” Julie just can’t wait to get to the more pressing issue, though. “Let’s talk about Natalie. You guys have had your ups and downs, but we saw some tender moments between the two of you.” I don’t know if “tender” is the word I’d use as she’s ducking her head under the covers. We conclude with the usual idiotic goodbye speeches, except for Natalie’s insane belief that she still thinks they may be “soulmates”.

We finish up with the HOH contest, and Julie again reads the same script about how it’s the most important position in the house. It’s a question contest about diary room comments, gussied up in a medieval setting which boggles my mind. Due to a supposed “random drawl”, James and Joshuah begin the contest. Josh is eliminated, and Chelsia picks Natalie and Sheila to hear the second question. Neither lame brain is in a hurry to answer the question, but Natalie surprises the world by first figuring out how to buzz in, and then by answering it correctly.

Natalie then picks Chelsia and Sharon for the next round, and again my girl Chelsia answers correctly. She then chooses Adam and Natalie, who Adam squeaks by with the correct answer at the last second. Chelsia’s back up, this time with Ryan, and Chelsia once again is correct!

The final question is between Adam and Chelsia, and Adam comes through with the correct answer! Wow! Natalie and Sheila are ecstatic! Poor Adam will never get rid of either of those two this entire week.

For the final scene, we return to the living room, where Adam is actually a bit more subdued then I’d thought he’d be. Julie then informs us that Evel Dick will be on next Tuesday to give the house a “wakeup call they’ll never forget”. Oh boy, that means a recreation of last year’s incident where he decided to intimidate the entire house.

Matt Gone, Adam's HOH

All right!

Show's nearly over and Adam is the new HOH, beating out Chelsia in the final questions.

Matt was evicted. It was a split vote, and James wasted little time telling Matt he was gone. Natalie cried, of course.

Should be a fun week! Adam's been playing everyone's side, so we'll see who he nominates.

Live Show Comment Fest!

Live show is on.....

Will the pull off the 3-3 tie and then evict Matt?

Will Joshua blow up at Sheila or did BB tell him to knock it off?

Who will win HoH??

It's On!

I turned the feeds off because it went to trvia for an extremely extended period. I guess they came back on a couple of hours ago, and Sheila had run-ins with both James and Joshuah. Obviously, the Joshuah discussion was much more heated, and culminated with her begging Josh to physically assault her.

Big Brother Airs An Hour Later Tonight - 9pm Eastern

Because the Men's NCAA Basketball tourney starts tomorrow - CBS has moved Survivor back one day and it will air at 8pm.

So Big Brother will be on tonight at 9pm Eastern - live eviction - live voting.

See ya then.

I Really Don't Get It

The feeds today have been pretty much just like a Showtime episode. It's all Sheila and Natalie babbling nonstop about absolutely nothing. Their opinions on Madonna, Britney, modeling, marriage. Sure, Chelsia, Adam, and Sharon have popped in and out, but the focus constantly remains on the two biggest idiots in the house. I know everybody is awake - can't we have some sort of choice in what we endure?

Tuesday, March 18, 2008

That isn't cool.

Matt. Oh, Matt.

Remember when James came to you for telling two different people you were giving them your word that you would vote for them to stay and evict the other? Remember? James didn't think that was cool then.

Now you don't think it's cool because Sheila might be doing the same thing to you? Because Sheila might tell both you and Ryan that she will evict the other?

I thought "that's big brother, ya know, that's big brother."

Now I'm even more mad at CBS for pushing back Big Brother's start time for 9pm for tomorrow night. The sooner this guy is gone, the happier we all will be.

Tammy Faye Anyone?

Listening to Natalie pray - asking God to let the 'good people' win. Not to give the money to Joshuah or the others.

And hopefully God will forgive the two abortions and not mind that she was so selfish that she used her boyfriends urine to pass the pregnancy test when she had her boob job (because she knew she was having an abortion anyways I guess).

Cue the organ music for a segment in the near future!

Adam's Ball Obsession

Okay, so Adam is talking to Joshuah and Sharon while he's having a cigarette, making fun of Sheila. He's in pants that show everything, just grabbing away at his junk. In front of Joshuah and Sharon. Has anyone confronted him about his obsession with touching his own junk, or just talked about it behind his back?

Getting Ready for Tomorrow's Eviction

Joshuah and Sharon are just discussing how sweet it'll be when Matt leaves. Joshuah is very much set on HOH, and says he and his group of people have a much better shot at it than the other group. Ryan does think his "secret" alliance with Joshuah is real, and he's won a singles HOH before. Joshuah likes his odds, Sharon does too. Seems like they're both gunning for Natalie and Sheila ASAP.

Oh, Joshuah just said "Natalie swallowed." Pictured is Sharon's reaction. Prude.

Joshuah really thinks so highly of himself.

Tomorrow Will Be Full of Drama!

Matt's probable departure will definitely be a dramatic moment, but there's bound to be more action besides that. I'm no fan of Josh, but he is planning on going after both Natalie and Sheila at some point before the HOH competition tomorrow, although it will be probably unseen to us as his plan is to say his piece during a commercial break. He's going to go after Sheila's child and Natalie's mother in an attempt to rattle both before the HOH competition. Josh has already been warned by producers to stay five feet away from them.

Big Brother - Season 9, Episode 16 Recap

I’m back! After a fantastic weekend in Minneapolis, I’m home tonight to see what I missed over the weekend. I’ve read some reports, but I have yet to see any footage of the veto competition or meeting. This should be interesting; the episode has potential to be far more intriguing than I thought it would be when I left town Saturday morning.

We know the drill here – recap of the HOH comp followed by the nominees. Now we carry on with the reactions to the nominations. Sheila babbles but I really don’t hear what she has to say. Natalie is still grateful four days later that James has kept her word to not nominate her or Matt, who is for once actually happy with Natalie. He takes into the storage room (not for the reasons you might think) and tells her that there should be more people like her. Of course, she can’t just take a compliment without extending it further. “You make it seem like a big deal. It just came natural to me.” Stupid Matt butters her up by telling her he’d throw himself under the bus for her, but all she wants is “another massage”. We know, Natalie.

Ryan and Josh still seem to have their secret alliance, but Josh has more of a “whatever” attitude in his diary room interview. Meanwhile, Sheila’s sulking in the bedroom when Ryan comes in to chat. “I didn’t know there were rules that people weren’t supposed to lie in this game”, she complains. Well, Sheila, there isn’t, but common sense says that when you do lie the idea is to not let anybody catch you in your lie. “I gotta go out and kick ass and when POV.” Hahahaha – this from the woman who hasn’t won anything yet. “We need a miracle,” she adds…

…which leads into tonight’s religion study. Matt, Ryan, and Adam are discussing Bible verses, and it really is a meeting of the no-minds. The only way they can understand it is to relate it to the Indiana Jones movies. Matt comes up with this wonderful plan to go find the Holy Grail. Yeah, that will work out well for you brain surgeons.

Poor Adam comes out with coffee to find silly Sheila sitting outside. Funny how she is now apologizing for everything she’s ever done or said to him. “Your actions over the last couple of weeks have shown me what type of person you really are…I hated being mean to you.” The timing for this big apology is certainly interesting.

Natalie is now sitting outside with James, Chelsia, and Josh, and after a clip of Ryan complaining to Natalie about voting to bring back James, she explains that it seemed like the right thing for her to do. Josh asks who the mystery third vote was against James. It’s either Matt or Adam, and James vows to get “to the bottom of this”. Natalie lies to Sharon about this very subject, but Sharon says the truth will come out soon enough. In fact, Sharon claims in the diary room she immediately knew Nat was lying. (BTW, I’m sure that’s the token Sharon sighting in this episode.)

It’s now cheese time. The guinea pig cage mysteriously has blocks with letters that spell out P.O.V., and it’s just shocking to everybody. Sheila says as soon as she saw these blocks she knew she “desperately” needed to win POV. Right, you silly twit, you already said that ten minutes ago. She teams up with brain surgeons Matt and Natalie to figure out what the blocks mean. Natalie tells her to study all night long, which somehow means to Sheila that it indicates she doesn’t have her or Adam’s vote. Instead of studying, she goes off to cry herself to sleep…which I’m sure has happened a lot over the course of her life.

While Sheila’s sleeping, Natalie joins the rest of the cast and they dish about her psychosis. Natalie reports that Sheila had told her, “if you win, or anybody wins, and don’t take me off I’m going to be so pissed.” A bit later, they come up with the idea to prank her by saying the POV is happening right that minute. I have to admit that, while cheesy, this is pretty damned funny.

We finally move on to the POV. James pulls out Matt’s name, and Sheila gets Chelsia. Natalie really wants that final slot, but it goes to Joshuah, which makes Ryan happy. James chooses Natalie to be the host, though, so she’s happy for a change. Sheila still thinks she’s going to win. She really is a silly, delusional woman.

My girl Chelsia describes the game, but I must admit she doesn’t make a lot of sense. “It looks like a guinea pig cage, and there’s a tube at the end.” My advice is for her to just look cute, sweetie. So the game is to carry blocks from one end to the other on balance beams without dropping any. There’s a physical aspect of the game, but Sheila still thinks she’s going to win this game for her son. Sure you are.

Matt drops out first, and claims that while he didn’t throw the competition he also didn’t try real hard. Josh doesn’t buy it. “I was internally laughing so hard when big, bad Matt fell off the board. He’s a roofer. You’d think he’d have better balance.”

Ryan says he purposely started off really slow to get a feel for the game, but gradually sped up. Sheila says she gained some confidence when she heard Ryan breathing heavy. “He’s big. He’s going to fall.” For once, she’s right. He’s pissed at himself, but still has hopes that Josh will win and take him off the block.

The game continues on...and on...and on. (Can I take a nap?) Of course, Sheila is in last place, but says she’s not going to speed up. Yep, her strategy is to just not fall and hope that everybody else just screws up…which basically explains how she’s played the entire game. It’s a horrible plan, as she drops a block and is out of the game…which means we get more footage of her crying. “I didn’t realize how hard this was going to be.” Really? Did you think that everybody was just going to hand you the game? Of course she did.

At this point, it really doesn’t matter who wins since James, Chelsia, and Josh are in this game together. Yes, Ryan still thinks Josh is working for him, but that alliance only seems to work when it can help out the Queen.

Oh no! My girl Chelsia’s down! We now get more and more boring footage until James finally wins. Ryan now feels hopeless, as this means he will see five days of hell.

We come back from commercials to see Sheila “not” campaigning for votes. “I’m not good at kissing people’s asses for a vote,” she says as she does that very thing. God, I’m almost wishing that Allison is back. She tells everybody who will listen that she is the reason they’re still here, and she expects the same. Yet, somehow they don’t owe her anything. Natalie angers her by saying this “is going to be really hard for me”. “Are you serious?” replies Sheila. “You’ve got to think about this?” We now get a list of her accomplishments. “I feel disgusted by what Natalie said to me.”

They move over to bother Adam about this subject, who would really much rather just read the Bible. All he can say is that it’s “just crazy in here”. He won’t guarantee her a vote, which just pisses her off that much more.

James is outside hanging out with Matt and Adam, and that third vote is still pissing him off. A bit later, Sheila is upstairs with him to “clear the air”. She then goes off on Adam, but of course she’s not “throwing Adam under the bus” by suggesting James take her down and put Adam up. James puts the idea in her head that the person who didn’t come clean about not voting for his return may be put up. “Really”, she replies with her first smile of the night.

Coming into the bedroom, James beckons Adam to come up to talk to him. Adam tells him that he is the one who voted him back into the house, but James is not sure he believes him. His “rambunctious, abrasive” way just wasn’t assuring.

Josh comes close to cutting himself with his razor when James whispers to him that he’s going to use the veto. My girl Chelsia comes out of the bathroom right after that, and he takes her outside to tell her that he’s going to put up Adam. She’s not sure that it’s a good idea, but he should do whatever he thinks is right.

They head up to the HOH to chat some more about this idea. He decides to talk to Sharon because he can’t have any question about who voted against him. Wow, we get to see her twice tonight? Chelsia and her pretend to feed the guinea pigs before she heads upstairs to use James’ bathroom. Before James even tells her the plan, Sharon informs him that the third vote was indeed Matt. Now the plan is to get rid of Matt!

After the staged shot of James peering at the pictures, it’s time for the veto ceremony. Everybody walks in, thinking that everything is going to stay the same. Ryan knows he’s screwed, and Sheila says she’s realized that the people she thought was going to protect her don’t have her back. Sheila’s plea to the house is to again remind everybody that she’s protected them all, because “that’s what I do”. Ugh. She goes on about how she needs to “win this game for herself”. Well, win something then. Ryan keeps it short and sweet, about trying to play honest and that he wants to stay.

Here’s the moment of truth. Sheila breaks down bawling (again) when James announces that he’s saving her. Ok, drama queen, sit down. James then babbles a bit too much before stating that he’s putting up Matt. Instead of bringing up the third vote, though, he says that he’s doing it to break up him and Natalie. “The kid with the pink hair has defeated the Boston boy,” is all Matt can really say. Ryan now has some hope. “The only person they want out of this house more than me is Matty.” Natalie is obviously upset. “You’re so full of crap, James. It’s obvious why your eyes are so brown.” What does that even mean? “God will avenge me, and take you down.” It’s funny how Sheila has such complimentary things to say about James at this moment, given how psychotic she’s acted ever since. James, of course, is ecstatic that he gets to screw one of the people who screwed him over last week.

Will Matty be able to get the votes this time? Tune in tomorrow to see!

Natalie's Big Win

Matt going up on the block, and hopefully going home, will be good for Natalie. Sure, she's pretty dumb, but now she'll hopefully listen to the right people and not the lying people. Or maybe she'll listen to herself. I'm sure those thoughts are intelligent.

Big Brother 10 Will Air This Summer.

From yesterday's Hollywood Reporter:

"Big Brother" is going back-to-back.

CBS is gearing up for a summer edition of its competition reality series to follow the winter run that's still on the air.

The network typically airs "Brother" in the summer. Once the WGA strike kicked in, CBS opted for the show's first in-season edition, which premiered in February.

Although a summer season of "Brother" always has been likely, the prospect of the series' first back-to-back run has been tempered by the current edition's modest ratings.

For summer 2005, "Brother" averaged a 2.9 rating among adults 18-49, while 2006 and 2007 held a steady 2.8. Season-to-date, the winter run has averaged a less impressive 2.1 despite some video outtakes of lurid bedroom (and bathroom) coupling that have made entertainment blog headlines.

Given the numbers, it was unclear whether CBS might opt to give the show a breather before bringing it back. But some "Brother" episodes have gone up against Fox's "American Idol," which offsets the larger audience benefits of airing in-season. And fans contend that the sun-drenched summer atmosphere is ideal for the show.

I Promise This Is the Last Sheila Post (For a Few Hours)

I know I've been whining about Sheila a lot in the past few days, but it just can't be helped. She has spent the whole day complaining that James won't tell her who to vote out, and that's creating all kinds of tension for her. My God, she acts like she's the one who is on the block. After saying to Ryan that her life is more important than anybody in the house, she was heard to say to hereself, "I'm in hell. Ali, you're lucky you got out early. Yep. I'm in hell"

The rest of the house is just trying to get through the day...except for a bit of campaigning by both Ryan and Matt.

(Almost) The Same Story Twelve Hours Later

So I went to bed last night to Sheila trying to pry info out of James, and going on and on about her theories about the house. Half a day later, I turn on the feeds to see the same scene repeated with Adam.
