What Would Jesus Do?
Ryan is down.
The Deal.

Sheila will put up Adam and Sharon if Ryan and Natalie drop.
Natalie is worried about POV. Basically, if Sharon or Adam win POV, Ryan or Natalie have to go up. If that happens, whoever doesn't win the POV will be voted out against Natalie or Ryan.
Natalie and Ryan are looking to drop to give Sheila her HOH room. She will brag about how good she was up there.
I hope Natalie is smarter than this. I hope she doesn't risk this.
They're Talking Deals
Adam Called To The Diary Room.
I'd expect a bribe to get someone to quit. Although I would be surprised if they want it to end before BB After Dark at this point.
Now feeds are back and Natalie sounds like she is going to drop in exchange for safety. Ryan may as well.

The Beebees!
Just Over Two Hours In..

Still no change.
Ryan has shocked me the most. He was struggling as soon as they left the ground, and I know I thought he was going to be out before the feeds came back.
For me, this competition is pretty boring. If there was some sort of obstacle besides sitting in a glass box, like some fake rain, or the boxes moved around that could be fun to watch. Adam is making it interesting, though now he's just kind of sitting there.
The Real Star of This Competition...

...is Adam. His running commentary is hilarious.
Adam: (Chelsia) offered to take me to Vegas with her.
Sheila: You should have taken her up on that!
Adam: I got enough babes!
Sheila: They're probably lining up as we speak. We shall see. Quality is better tho!
Adam: We're guys. We gotta take what we can get.
Modest Natalie
GUESS WHAT!
Finally, A Shot of Natalie
Girl Fight!
Sharon gets a little rub rub...

Nothing's changed, except Sheila and Natalie are bitching about who deserves HOH more. Sheila thinks since she doesn't have one she deserves one. Sweetie, you want to be HOH because you want to win $500,000. Not because everyone else had one.
Priorities people!
Adam gave Sharon a little rub, and he's trying to convince her to go inside and get in their bathing suits and go for a swim.
Big Brother - Season 9, Episode 26 Recap
Here we go with another eviction night. Will James finally be shown the door (again)? Or will he somehow convince two people to cast votes to save him? The answer is pretty obvious, but that’s not stopping CBS from attempting to cast some doubt.
That’s not tonight’s only question, though. Will there be a double eviction, as the house guests believe? Doubtful. Will the HOH competition be another endurance test? Quite possible. Will Sheila finally break her winless streak? Extremely unlikely.
Here we are with the recaps, which for some strange reason date back to Chelsia’s eviction. Wow, this may be the longest recap ever. Will it ever end?
Julie Chen doesn’t help matters, as she does her usual job of repeating what we just saw. (Damn, I’m tired of repeating her repeating every Wednesday.) Please, Julie, just stop.
Yay, for the very first time I don’t mind hearing “but first”. We start with the reactions to the veto ceremony. Obviously, Natalie is ecstatic. “There’s nothing that James can propose to me to keep him around. I want him gone. With him gone, it makes me going to the end that much more real. If I’m in the final two with anybody else in the house, I know I have the votes to win.” Say what?
Meanwhile, Sharon knows she’s safe. “Sheila’s not going to turn on me. Ryan and I have an alliance, and Natalie can’t stand him.” She also believes that if she’ll win if she makes it to the final two.
James isn’t giving up, though, and his plan is to “turn the house against Natalie. To stay in this game, I need to show the house that I’m the only one who can take down the Natalie beast.”
He begins his campaigning by letting reminding everybody that she’s the strongest player left in the house, but has yet to be on the block in “solo game play”. Sheila and Sharon chuckle at his imitation of her, and he adds that “after Matt left, it seems like she just focuses on her tanning” instead of working out.
When she appears a few seconds later, James asks her about that. “Is this going to be picking on me? Just shut up. I like to work out. I just haven’t worked out. It’s starting to be just like Chelsia, and it’s dumb.” Adam nods in confirmation when James says he “speaks the truth”.
Natalie has moved inside to eat, and whines to Ryan about the exchange. James says he knows she’s bitching about how he’s acting like Chelsia. And she is…and adds that she saw people laughing so “if I win HOH, I’m going to be pissed at the people who were laughing. Nobody needs to be egging him on.” Sharon comes back outside, and tells James that she had said “nobody’s supposed to laugh”.
The girls are now laying out, while the boys are resting in the shade. James promises to “blow this bitch out of the water”. In response, Natalie again warns Adam to not “egg him on or your ass is grass next week. You better watch it, Adam, and put him in his place. I don’t need another week of hell. I’ve put up with enough BS from those people.”
While she’s bitching, Ryan tells Adam that he doesn’t know if he can trust her anymore. Meanwhile, Sharon quietly pitches to Natalie that maybe they need to get rid of one of those boys. Adam points out that there’s no way either of them can defeat her in an endurance competition, nor do they have the votes against her at the end. (I’m not sure of that.) At the same time, Sharon is asking Natalie who would be the quickest to turn on them at the end. Sheila just sits there and listen when Natalie declares “I’m going to send home Adam.”
The boys versus girls chatter continues for a bit before Sharon gets up for some water. Natalie uses this opportunity to tell Sharon “I have to win…or you have to win.” Sheila is starting to see through the b.s. “Natalie tells people what they want to hear.”
Sheila runs inside to warn Sharon not to trust Natalie. “She wants to go to the end with one of the boys. How stupid doe she think we are? She doesn’t want either of us to go in the end with her.” Sharon points out that is a stupid move because if either of them are evicted, the boys will be coming after her.
Baking cookies, Natalie informs Adam of the “girl’s alliance”. “She told ‘you need to put up Adam and Ryan and get rid of Adam because he’s the biggest threat’. She told me she wants to get rid of you…that’s down on the DDL diggety down low.” Ugh.
She moves on to tell Ryan of Sharon’s plan, but TC’s going to pull through at the end. Double ugh. Meanhile, Sheila says that she needs to let Adam know about Natalie’s plan, but doesn’t want anybody to know she’s telling him. “She’s scared of you and Ryan…whatever she tells you or Ryan, you have to block out.” Adam doesn’t know who to believe.
Now it’s back to James, who thinks he’s got a chance because people are starting to see through Natalie. Playing chess with Ryan, he asks him if he’s dead set on voting him out, which Ryan confirms. “What if all the girls gang up? I think Natalie’s the golden girl out of all of them…I can mentally break her down.” Again, they make it appear like James has a chance, as Ryan says it’s a possibility that he would vote for him if Sheila agreed to do the same.
So James naturally moves on to work on Sheila. “You guys are going to need somebody to battle Natalie. Right now she has no opposition from anybody. She can go straight to the finish line.” Sheila insults James by calling her “the female version of you.” James points out that she would not be able to perform in the HOH competition if they shocked her by saving him. “I’m ok with leaving the game, but at the same time I’d like to take out that bitch before I left.” Hehehehe. Great editing once again by CBS, as Sheila says “we need more action in this game, and I think I’m going to do something crazy for my 46th birthday.” No, you’re not.
Now that we’ve been force-fed misleading footage, it’s now time for the meaningless chatter with the house. We begin with a question from a viewer for Natalie, which excites her (it doesn’t take much). Oh God, the question is “what does religion have to do with the game?” I should have made tonight a drinking game night. You can probably guess her answer. “Religion keeps me strong during the game…blah blah blah.”
Sharon also gets a religion question, and she affirms the “everything happens for a reason answer”. Actually, she states that line at least three times. We move on to how Adam’s letter informed him that a lot of “babies” are waiting for him in Philly. Sheila winces when Adam says he’s looking for women with “style, positive attitude, somebody who can make me smile, and quality conversation is the key because if it gets too boring I’m out of there.” Good luck with that, Baller.
It is then pointed out that Sheila is the frequent target of practical jokes, which includes a clip of James pouring flour on her. James is asked why. “Sheila’s a lot of fun with her reactions. She’s probably the only one that can handle the jokes in the house. I think if you played them on Adam, Ryan, or Natalie, they would take them way over the top.” Sheila is asked if the people in the house make her feel older or younger, and despite her complaints all season about immaturity she answers “younger”. Hmmmm. “They do make me feel wanted when they play jokes on me.”
And it’s now time for the tears, as she’s asked if she has a message for her son since she’ll be spending her birthday in the house. “I love you. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life, leaving you for three months. And I can’t wait until I get out of her so we can celebrate his birthday.” Wow, no tears!
We move on to some more puff pieces, as we get a profile of Sharon. We see her family celebrate as Chelsia is eliminated, and then her Marine father introduces himself. You know this drill – she’s a great girl, a perfect student, a loving daughter, blah blah blah. Dad doesn’t want the “beebies” to come home with her, though. Wow, we’re told that she had a serious car accident last October (has this ever been mentioned), and that she claims she “felt the presence of God”. Sharon’s cute sister says it’s time for her to “step it up”.
Oooh, we’re going to see the jury house. Yay, my girl Chelsia is going to be back on! We begin, though, with Matt talking about how “the dream is over”. The only thing he misses around the house, he says, is being around people. “Being alone with my thoughts all day is not all that it’s cracked up to be.” Yeah, I’m sure that’s true.
Yes, here we go. The car pulls up, but before we see Chelsia we have to listen to Matt some more. Matt says that he’d like to see James show up because he “was my arch nemesis in the house…but if not him, I’d like to see some type of female.” I can’t blame him for that.
Chelsia runs up the stairs yelling “Matty”, and jumps on top of him (lucky bastard). She asks about the location of her bedroom, and Matt points to his and tells her she “should go right that way”. “I’ll be taking this one, Matty. Thank you!” Face!
She says in an interview that she will NOT be hooking up with Matt in the sequester house. “I’m not whatsoever attracted to him.” Good girl!
It’s a week later, and they’re now waiting for the next evicted houseguest. Matt still hopes it’s James. “Payback’s a bitch.” Chelsia says she “really cannot stand Natalie, but I want to see her in this house. I don’t want her to last another day in that Big Brother house.”
The car pulls up, and we see Josh enter. “I have a bad feeling”, Chelsia says just seconds before he shows his face. She’s bummed, but Matt is obviously all smiles. “I don’t want to see you here”, Chelsia whines. Matt goes onto describe Josh as a “bitchy female…he’s just like any other girl who is on her period.” I must say he is a bit over-the-top as he puts in the DVD of the prior week’s activities. They see Natalie win HOH, and Matt wants her to win because “I know I’ll reap the benefits of it”. Oh boy.
It’s Chelsia’s turn to celebrate when James wins the veto competition. “I’m so proud of James. It was awesome to see him kick ass in this game once again.” Josh and Chelsia both laugh when Josh denies Natalie’s hug when he’s evicted, along with making fun of her “hooker outfit”. I must admit that Matt is pretty good at controlling himself.
Finally, it’s eviction time. Sharon goes first with her final plea. As usual, she just says “if it’s my time to go, it’s my time to go”. Ugh. James says he “could say a million things right now and it won’t mean anything. People are going to vote the way they’re going to vote. I came in as a homeless kid with no money, and I’ll leave with a girl I fell for on national television, and friends I’ll have forever.”
Natalie votes first, and obviously she wants to evict James. Ryan and Sheila do the same, so it’s a unanimous decision. Despite all of the doubt CBS attempted to throw at us, the results were as expected.
We have to sit through commercials before James is given the news. He goes out with a whimper, though. To everybody but Sharon’s surprise, he just hugs them and runs out. OMG, Natalie just gave a “whoa, Bundy” salute. She’s a Married With Children fan? I may have to rethink my opinion of her.
Julie starts the interview by pointing out that he seems relieved to be leaving. “I did not like my house guests. I’ve been wanting to leave since I got back in the house…I hate these people.” Julie then asks about whether he regrets going back on his word to evict Matt. “I do in a way, but in a way I don’t. The reason I don’t regret going back on my word is because Matt was lying to me the whole week. I had to take care of business.”
After a silly question about all the tears he shed, we get the goodbye messages. Adam tells him that he shouldn’t have come out so strong when he returned. “It was the house’s choice, not mine, to get rid of you.” Sharon promises to do “as much as I can to get Natalie out this week.”
Ryan brags that he’s outlasted him, but he has “been a true warrior in this game. You might have been the hardest person to get out in the history of Big Brother.” Natalie’s next, and James has as little desire to hear this as I do. “You’ve finally been evicted. I have a file cabinet back here of everything people have said and done to me in this game, and you betrayed my trust. Once a cheater, always a cheater. Once a betrayer, always a betrayer.” Ugh.
We conclude with Sheila, who claims that James reminds him of her son (whom she said a few days ago will probably punch him at the wrap party). “You’re rebellious, and a free thinker, and I respect you for that. You are crazy, James. You lived up to your name. They definitely broke the mold when they made you.” Julie concludes by asking James who he feels he’s continue to be friendly to. “Probably Adam, Sheila, and Sharon. I hate Natalie, and I hate Ryan for what they stand for and who they are.”
We conclude the evening with the HOH competition, and it’s a hanging competition called “Glass Houses”. This doesn’t look good for Sheila. Then again, is there any competition that looks good for her? Ryan is already struggling, though, after we return from commercials. And we’re left hanging with the houseguests.
Update

Ryan, Sheila, and Natalie are still in the glass boxes. Ryan is definitely uncomfortable and complaining about the heat inside the box. I bet if the box was open on top and bottom he'd feel much better. Sheila is switching positions a lot. Natalie is just cool as a cucumber up there. She was really meant to stand still forever.
Sheila and Ryan are also telling each other how much they love each other. Like they're dying.
Sheila is saying how much she needs to win this. I don't expect her to drop anytime soon. She really wants to see her family.
ENDURANCE HOH!!!
My guess is Ryan will be out 1st.
Feeds not back yet.
Sharon says she urt her back yesterday - doesn't think she will make it.
Sorry James Lovers...
James has been unanimously evicted.
There are five houseguests left: Natalie, Sharon, Sheila, Ryan, and Adam
The house guests are in sneakers and sweats, which can only mean one thing...
Happy watching.
Another Side of James?
After reading the comments regarding James in the previous post, I thought I'd throw up this video containing a late-night pep talk he gave to Sheila.

Worst Season Ever?

What do ya think?
I called into the djnewstyleshow tonight just to say hi - but the question was posed to me - is this the worst season of Big Brother.
I'm not sure. It made me go back and remember how all of the other seasons have ended and frankly I think the last winner I was really excited about was Dr. Will on BB2.
What do you think? Is this the worst season or does it just seem really bad because it is the freshest in our minds? Is it because it took place in the spring instead of summer?
By the way, I am still very much looking forward to Big Brother 10.
Big Brother - Season 9, Episode 25 Recap
Here we are once again for another edition of Big Brother. Tonight’s episode will not only show us the veto competition but the subsequent veto meeting, but lots and lots of footage of Natalie, Sheila, and other whining to Adam for his controversial decision to not put James up for nomination.
With that in mind, I have a Windsor/Coke prepared so I can play the Sheila/Natalie drinking game. Anytime Sheila mentions how “hard” this game is, or says the phrases “thank you” or “are you frickin’ kidding me”, I must take a drink. For Natalie, it’s mentions of the Bible, Team Christ, or “evil-doers”. I have a feeling I’ll be drunk within ten minutes.
After the recap, the whining immediately begins. Oh wait, even in the recap I must take two drinks from one sentence out of Natalie’s mouth. We start the reaction with Sheila. “I’m not happy about this. You could have chose anyone but me. What he did was devastating to me. I just would have never, ever done this to him.”
Sharon, who routinely volunteers to be put up, hugs Adam and says it’s ok. Ryan, though, is not so happy as he angrily walks past Adam. “Don’t be mad at me, all right?” he says. In the diary room, Ryan responds that “Adam’s nominations are very cowardly and spineless. This is going to totally screw me in the end.”
James is relieved that for a couple of days at least he’s not on the block. “(It’s) an extraordinary feeling. I don’t think people in this house know who I am. I gave my word to Adam that I won’t use the veto, and I want to show people in the house that I’m honest.”
Natalie pretends to congratulate James on not being on the block, and the key word is “pretend”. “My alliance is really pissed off at Adam right now because he didn’t nominate James. But there’s no harm for me playing both sides, because if James wins the veto he won’t come after me next week.”
Adam shakes James’ hand, and says in the diary room that he felt sorry for the guy because “he was really, really sobbing. I fell for the tears; I was a little bit choked up for the moment.” He acknowledges to James and Natalie, though, that Ryan is pissed.
He’s forgetting one other person who is also not happy with him at the moment, so it’s her cue to get off her bed to complain. Don’t worry; I have my drink in hand. Adam asks her if she understands why he made the move, and after saying yes Sheila adds that “I’d never have done that to you. But that’s ok. It’s a game. I can take it. I’m a big girl.” False alarm – no drink necessary yet.
Adam shares a smile with Sharon after that outburst, and Sharon tells us that “Adam has now made himself the biggest target in the house. Probably bigger than James at this point. It’s definitely the smartest move for me to sit back, let it ride out, and keep my mouth shut as I’ve done this entire game.” You think?
Oh wait, time to grab my drink again. Big Sheila’s back for more. “So you put me in a position where I need to win something. And I will. Thank you.” She goes on and on about how she’d “never have done this to you”. Adam tries to calm her down, but there’s no stopping Sheila when she’s on a roll. “I don’t need you to take me off the fucking block. You fucking put me on it! Durrrrrr!” (I should have put that non-existent word on my drinking list.)
Sheila’s not done yet, as she’s now letting off more steam in the bedroom with Ryan. “I can’t believe him.” We get even more “I would have never done that to him” lines, along with how Natalie or Ryan better win POV if she doesn’t. “Never” would have been a great word for tonight’s drinking.
It’s now Adam’s turn to tag in for the bitching session. “Adam’s an idiot if he doesn’t think that James would use the POV to save Sharon. Then that would force Adam to put myself or Natalie up, and then James and Sharon would control the house.”
He points this issue out to Adam as he’s asked once again if he’s mad at Adam. “If he wins POV you’ve got a great decision between me and Natalie.” “He says he’s not going to use it,” Adam counters, which James confirms. “You’re assuming the negatives. If you really want me out of here that bad, then get the POV and take Sharon or Sheila off the block.” “I’m just assuming that you’re going to take your girl off,” replies Ryan.
It’s later in the night, and while Sharon and Adam sit outside, the brain trust (Natalie, Sheila, Ryan) continue to bitch about Adam. “What the hell is wrong with him?” Sheila bitches, but Natalie tells everybody to calm down because they’re going to win POV and put Adam up next week. “That makes it easier for us three…to turn on him later.”
Meanwhile, Adam questions Sharon on whether James will use the POV to save Sharon. “I do not know what to tell you,” she answers. He asks her if he did the wrong thing, and Sharon gives an answer almost as smart as the last one. “I don’t know. I don’t know what the right or wrong thing is. You never really know.” Good girl. Adam now thinks he did the wrong thing.
After commercials, Adam is now asking Sheila what he was thinking. Oops, that’s the wrong person to ask. “I think I knew why you did it. I understood why you did it. I just thought, ‘wow, that’s really risky’. I just never thought it would be you that put me on the block. You know I wouldn’t do that to you.” Oh no, not that line again. Sheila agrees that he may have cost himself the game. “I want to believe in you. I really do”, but she can’t promise the others still trust him.
Adam goes off to kiss Natalie’s ass. “You’re going to have to win the POV to redeem yourself,” she tells him. Both Sheila and Natalie affirm that Ryan is pissed at him. “I’m a moron! Satan’s tongue got to me.” Ryan walks in, and Adam again apologizes. “I swear I’m going to make it up to you. I was not thinking, dude.”
This goes on for a few minutes before all of a sudden Natalie yells out that she’s “going to be warrior princess Natty!” WTF? In the diary room, the warrior princess goes back to her grade school voice to tell us she feels much better now that Adam has apologized, but “I’m still not ready to forgive him yet because it still puts me at a risk.”
Ok, now I’m pissed. At this point in the feeds, Natalie led the five of them in a completely ridiculous prayer asking for God to forgive Adam for messing up his nominations. Not only would that have been great comic material, but I’d have downed at least half of my drink.
Instead, the three girls are out in the kitchen, and suddenly Sheila believes he did the right thing. Natalie disagrees, and says it’s “because you’re safe”. She doesn’t believe for a second that James won’t save Sharon. Cue James to walk in, and he once again says that he won’t use the veto if he wins it. “That’s my word that I gave. I told Sharon straight up.”
As the conversation continues, Sheila goes up to the HOH to listen to Adam’s CD. “Don’t be talking smack about me.” Oh boy. Adam tells James that everybody is pissed at him, and Natalie tries to sugarcoat her concerns that James would use the POV. “It’s a trust issue still, but until that happens I’ll believe it when I see it.” Suddenly, Natalie’s open to James’ ideas, and claims that if he wins POV and doesn’t use it she won’t put him up next week. Yeah, right.
Sitting outside a little later with Sharon, James claims that the only person who will want to change the nominations is Ryan. “Natalie will want to change it. She wanted you out last week. Why would she leave you her this week? You took away Matt. That’s like shooting her in the foot.” Good point, Sharon. James informs Sharon that Natalie has said she wants to work with him, but that he needs to “keep it on the down-low”. Sharon says she’s “blown away” by this, and is understandably upset.
They continue this conversation as they’re lying in bed. “I’m not evil,” says James. “I hate this good versus evil thing. I just get really frustrated some times. Yeah, I have a Mohawk and tattoos, and I get angry, but I really don’t hate people.” “It’s just hard” is about all that Sharon has in response, and talk moves to how they miss Josh and Chelsia. It then becomes a bit over-the-top as the piano music comes in while Sharon sheds tears over missing home and Jakob. There’s no need to transcribe this sap.
It’s almost time for the veto competition, but first we have to see how Sheila is the mother figure of the house that’s supposedly constantly cleaning. “I feel like I’ve cleaned up after 14 kids. It’s beyond the Brady Bunch over here.” Yes, we get it, Sheila. You do all of the housework. “I just want a kickback for being the maid here for two months.” You’re always the martyr.
Finally, it’s veto time. Natalie is amazed by the palm trees and the “giant face made of stone and rock…it just looked like a desert paradise.” Oh boy. Adam babbles on some more about how important it is to win, as does James.
The contest involves a past event in the house, and the competitors must find a rock with the number that corresponds to the day of the event. Sheila already knows she’s in trouble, as she “never knows what day it is.” I’ll skip the obvious joke.
The first question involves the day Chelsia was evicted. Natalie says this “game is perfect for me. It’s based on numbers, and nobody counts more in this house but me. So I should win this game.” Again, oh boy. Sharon explains her strategy in figuring out which day Chelsia was evicted, and it’s even more confusing than Natalie’s play on the number nine.
James is taking his time picking his number, and finally is ready. The answer is day 49, and Ms. Numbers is the first eliminated because she’s the farthest off. Excuse me while I chuckle for a few minutes. “I thought I was 100% correct.”
Next we have a question regarding the day Amanda “fell ill”. James and Ryan are still both determined to win, and Sheila is still confused. Yeah, really? Were their quotes necessary? The answer was 16, and James and Sheila were both furthest away. Because James was ready first, it’s Sheila who is eliminated. Natalie’s starting to get nervous.
The next question is the day the couples split, and Adam knows that answer because “it was a monumental night”. Hahaha! Everybody picked 28 except for James, and everybody applauds as his dream is now over.
It’s all a bit anti-climatic as we finish up the competition. The next question involves the day Evel Dick came into the house, and Sharon is now evicted. Ryan and Adam conspire before the final question, with Ryan suggesting they both take the same answers but have Ryan kneel down first to win the POV. It’s rather fitting that the last question is the day of the mystery box. Ryan tells Adam to grab 35 before he kneels down first. Adam, though, picks 34 but since Ryan had the correct answer he won.
Sheila is ecstatic, but she’s especially happy that Ryan won because she still doesn’t trust Adam since he put her on the block. Get over it, girl! Sharon is also happy since they’re in a secret alliance, but she realizes that he’ll probably take Sheila down to not raise suspicions. James vows to continue to fight. Good luck with that idea, buddy.
Back from commercials, Sheila and Natalie are still celebrating. “(On) Matty’s birthday day, he’s gonna get his birthday gift.” (Suddenly, my stomach’s feeling a bit unsettled.) Ryan joins them in a silly little dance that I’m sure will make Joshuah wince. “See what a little Bible reading does for you there, buddy? Matty gets his birthday present.” Oh, time for a drink.
Later, Sheila sits outside with Sharon, and is informed of James’ claim that Natalie has been trying to work with him. Sheila can’t believe it. “Oh my god.” Sheila adds that “I know that ultimately she will betray me”. In the diary room, Sheila again plays the martyr role, saying that working with James shows her that Natalie “has no faith in me. I’m alone in this game. I trust only myself.”
Sheila begins working on her behalf by going up to Ryan to tell him that when it’s time for them to start turning on each other, it won’t be her that turns on him. ‘Not frickin’ me.” Ryan immediately knows she’s referring to Natalie.
James attempts to work on Ryan, who claims the decision falls on Adam. “I don’t know what I have to offer to the both of you.” After a brief silence, Ryan asks if Natalie has been approaching James with deals. “Yeah.” Ryan tells James that Natalie’s story is that he’s the one who is always trying to make deals with her. James tells him the POV story from earlier in this episode, and we have now some fake suspense into lead to the veto ceremony.
Now this long hour is almost complete, and we’re still led to believe that Adam is actually considering James’ offer. Sheila says she wants to stay to “prove to everyone that I really am playing a stronger game”. Say what? Sharon does her usual “whatever he decides, I’m ok with.” Adam then does as expected, and only Sheila is surprised that she’s been taken off the block. James is once again nominated, and as the episode ends he once again promises to keep fighting. Good luck with that, my friend.
It's Naked Day!

James is doing his best to rattle Natalie. As she was lying out in the sun, he came out in a towel and laid down next to her naked. She has now escaped to the kitchen, complaining of sexual harassment. Sheila and Sharon, meanwhile, are worried that he's going to sunburn his "area".

Here's the clip (definitely NSFW):

We Can Be The Final Two Women
Sheila is working to get Natalie out next if possible, she is asking Sharon to get the guys to help 'back door' Natalie.
Should you even try 'back dooring' at this point? After James goes on Wednesday there will only be 5 left. Just throw her butt up on the block - either way she gets to play for the POV.
According to Sharon if the plan fails they will have to get Adam out. This seems to assume that Ryan will win the next HoH. Then a few minutes later Sharon says she thinks she will win it. The only person I doubt will win it besides Adam, who can't compete is Sheila whom I think still is working her 'win nothing' strategy.
Too many ifs and maybes a this point. I think right now that you could put any two of the remaining five (assuming James is out) alone in a room and they would begin conspiring against at least two of the other three!
James' Final Target - Guess Who?

James has accepted that he's not going to get the two votes needed to save himself, so his current plan is make sure Natalie doesn't win the game. Sharon already doesn't trust Natalie, so James has focused primarily on feeding Sheila enough info to doubt their friendship. "It would be pathetic for her to lose to me?" she whined.
"I hope you beat that bitch", James responded. He has also promised to keep Natalie up all night the day before his eviction to ensure that she's too exhausted to perform well in the HOH competition.
Natalie, meanwhile, is continuing to play both sides. On the one hand, she's all about the boys, but when sitting next to Sharon and Sheila it's all about the girls. In between, she's reporting what everybody is saying. When are they all going to compare notes?
Monday - Odds of excitement? Low.

Mondays suck in the Big Brother House.
Sheila ratted James out to Sharon shortly after he made his proposal - I really don't see his plan to get Sheila and Ryan to vote out Sharon working.
The picture pretty much says what I expect to happen today. HGs slept in until 10:30am.
By they way - how did Ryan hurt his neck? He's on pain meds and wasn't even allowed to drink beer last night. The others think it may hurt him in competitions down the road.

Big Brother - Season 9, Episode 24 Recap
So we’re almost set to begin tonight’s episode of Big Brother, and it’s going to be interesting how they handle it. A lot went down during that 24-hour period that tonight’s episode will cover, including allegations of producer tampering by one of the contestants. Will the producers show and/or explain this controversy?
There’s also the possibility that in many ways this will be a repeat of sorts of last Tuesday’s broadcast that centered around James’s fight to stay in the house. I have a feeling that they will indeed focus quite a bit on him, but the Sunday show always has a lighter tone with a few cheeseball moments.
And here we go. After the recap, as expected we start with the reaction to Josh’s eviction and Adam’s HOH win last Thursday. We begin with Josh’s parting words. Sharon is “shocked” because she expected a verbal attack from him. “It was extremely graceful.” Ryan wasn’t so impressed, describing it as “cheesy”, especially since it was a totally different persona from what he had lived with the past two months.
James notes that in targeting him, it’s all of his allies that are actually leaving. “It’s not making me weaker. It’s making me stronger. I’m fighting for Josh now. I’m fighting for Chelsia.” Sharon of course is devastated, although the producers point out one line that was unheard when it occurred – “you’re in here with a bunch of monsters”. “He brightened up my day every single day.” She breaks down again as she attempts to talk about watching walk out the door.
Adam has no sympathy for Sharon’s bawling, but as usual it’s impossible to understand what he’s saying. Luckily, the producers help with one of his lines – “we’ll see what she’s made of now, Marine.”
We move on now to the final question of the HOH contest. Adam says he’s more confident in his HOH abilities than last time, whatever that means. Of course, to Natalie it was predetermined because “three or four nights ago I had a dream that Adam won the head of household competition. It’s like God speaks to me or something.” Oh please.
James knows he’s screwed. “When Adam won HOH, I wanted to kick myself in the face. I lost Joshuah, now I lost HOH.” He wanders into the bedroom, where Sharon is pissed off because Josh is gone and she hates everybody. Meanwhile, “Team Christ” is celebrating. “God is on our side”, Natalie whispers. “Here comes the whispers”, James cracks to Sharon.
Natalie is making silly “TC” hand gestures, and Adam is kicking his heels in celebration. Natalie shows the world her crotch by doing cheerleader poses while at the same time bragging that “Team Christ is wonderful! Once you have (the power of Jesus), you never go back.” Um, Natalie, you have that clichéd phrase wrong. (Why didn’t I do the Natalie drinking game tonight?)
We move back to James and Sharon, who both agree that they hate everybody in the house. James knows he’s in trouble because “(Adam’s) been gunning for me for a long time. There has to be some way we can figure this out this week.”
Sharon and James join the celebrants in the living room, and James suggests that Adam put him and Sharon on the block and if he wins POV then Sheila goes up. “Sounds like an easy week.” Adam teases Sheila that he’s going to put her on the block and let her fight for POV. Sheila, of course, starts whining that she’s “had enough abuse the past week.” Adam carries on, asking who is going to sit next to James on the block. “Don’t even look over here,” Natalie orders Adam.
It’s now time to see Adam’s HOH, which is no different than the last time he won. There’s no baby food, but another letter from home. Again, this is a waste of time, but we just have to hear the entire letter. Adam is encouraged by a nonsensical sentence that claims the “babies” are waiting for him back in Philly. Ash, care to comment on this?
So now Sheila is sitting outside with James, which raises eyebrows in the kitchen. “Well, as long as us three stick together we’re golden”, Natalie says to Adam. “You know where my loyalty stays. My loyalty doesn’t go anywhere except with you and Ryan”
Natalie says that after James and Sharon, Sheila is next on their list. Ryan concurs, saying Sheila “is very dispensable to our team, and she’ll probably be the first to go when it comes to it.”
James, however, starts working on Adam. “There’s nothing I can say or do that will change what’s going to happen?” Adam says in the diary room that he is starting to feel bad about how James’ sadness. James, meanwhile, says that after feeling sorry for himself, his alter ego has begun to rev him back up. We see him psyching himself out in the backyard, and it carries on as he comes back inside. “Crazy James is not leaving the house…you’re going to see me win this game.”
It’s time for an out-of-context cheeseball scene. James gathers up Adam, and since the girls are all upstairs they, along with Ryan, “TP” Sheila’s bedroom. Um, this actually occurred over a week ago. Sheila laughs, along with a handful of other gags pulled on her eight days ago. James, though, goes too far by pouring flour on her as she’s sunbathing. “That’s fucked up.”
Sheila continues whining later inside the house. “You ask for it, Sheila”, says Adam. “I’ve been abused more than anybody in the house,” Sheila complains. “I’ve been through so much in this game.” In the diary room, Sheila says that it’s no big deal because she has three brothers who constantly abused her. Funny thing is that when this all went down she was much more upset than what we’re seeing here, and most of the blame was put on James.
We get more crap about Sheila’s problems, and again we hear about how hard it is for her as a “single mother”. Adam comforts her, and says in the diary room that while he misses his family, it is harder for her than anybody in the house. “Adam gets me more than anybody in this house.” OK, this is also old footage, and seriously edited in a way to make us all feels sorry for Sheila.
After the tears are finished, it’s time for Sharon’s token appearance in this episode. She admits that her method of playing is to lay low, and let the alliances come to her. We see this happen, as Ryan starts talking to her about secretly working together. “Just as long as no one suspects anything…” Ryan promises her that he’s going to try to get Adam to put up Sheila instead of her.
Ryan begins to work on Adam, saying that maybe he should go work out a deal with Sharon and put up Sheila next to James. “It was a way to try to prove myself that I am trying to be loyal to Sharon”, he says in the diary room.
After commercials, it’s time for more cheesy acoustic guitar as Sharon shows the world how she’s playing “mommy” by getting James out of bed for the food competition. “Now that Josh is not here, it’s up to me to look after James.” James admits that he actually likes that she’s taken him under her wing.
It’s now food competition time, and Ryan in particular wants to do well as being on slop was miserable for him. This contest involves mashed potatoes and gravy, and they have to build pathways with the potatoes that lead the gravy into containers that represent not only food items but a grill and toys. There’s really no reason to go into the details, except to say they won everything but fruits and vegetables. Oh, and they all agree it was tough because the platform was slippery. Yeah, and Sheila annoyed everybody (as usual)…even Natalie.
With the filler segments completed, it’s now time for the real game, as James starts working on Adam once again. James says his plan is to show Adam that he’s never done anything to him; that he “may be the only one in the house I haven’t wronged”. Adam admits in the diary room that he feels bad that James is all alone. Ryan interrupts their conversation, but disappears quickly to let Natalie know what’s going on. “He has to put him up,” she declares. “That would be the dumbest move.” Ryan goes off to find out what Adam is thinking.
Adam admits that he’s thinking of putting up Sheila and Sharon. Ryan couldn’t be more pissed. “What are you thinking, man? I’m getting Natalie up here.” Oh boy. While waiting, Ryan complains more to Adam. “He’s trying to work with everybody to get us out of here. He’s going to work with you? My ass, man.”
Natalie shows up, and asks if he wants to be “smacked upside the head”. She wants him to re-read the Holy Bible. What does that have to do with putting people on the block? “What doe sit say about the evil doers?” Oh boy. Natalie explains in the diary room that if he isn’t put up and does win POV, that means Sharon would go down and either Ryan or her would go up.
She goes on to blabber about how James has been trying to work deals with James for weeks (which is only partially true), and that “he will tell you exactly what you want to hear. He’s a bum and a con artist. That’s what bums do.” Bwahahahaha!
James comes up to the HOH to talk about the situation some more with Adam. “You were straight with me from the beginning. I thought we had a relationship. Why did you want me back in the game if you don’t want to work with me?” Meanwhile, Natalie decides to break up their conversation. Natalie confuses the issues, which leads James to yell “yeah, Natalie you’ve read me this whole game.”
“Pretty much,” is her nonsensical response. “I’m not asking you to trust me”, retorts James. “I’m asking Adam to trust me. I’m not asking Natalie to play the game with me; I’m asking Adam.” This goes back and forth for awhile, before Adam says that “it’s too little, too late”. Natalie goes on that it’s an everyday thing that James is mean to everybody. James counters, “the whole house against me is not an everyday thing?” At this point, James starts bawling, and both Natalie and Adam show sympathy. “When James started crying, I kind of felt like I said my piece and maybe it’s my time to leave.”
Wait a second! Those watching the live feeds heard Natalie leave because she was called to the diary room. Interesting!
James uses the opportunity to continue working on Adam, who also starts to break down. “I’m just trying to be straight up,” James says. Adam eventually agrees to not put him up. “Just don’t use the POV if I don’t put you up.”
It’s now time for nominations, and as Adam does the scripted portion, James talks about how “this is one of the stories of the underdog pulling through.” Ryan, meanwhile, is still furious that it’s even being considered. “If Adam does not nominate James for eviction, that puts Natalie and me in a bad position.” Adam’s pissed that everybody is telling him what’s best for him when “it’s actually what’s best for them. It’s time for me to think what’s best for me.”
During the ceremony, Adam babbles about fire and passion before pulling Natalie’s key. As you may expect, it’s Sheila and Sharon who are on the block, and Sheila is pissed! Adam explains that he has set in motion the events that would occur if James was up and won POV. He wants everybody to go out and work their asses off to win POV.
Sheila walks away telling Adam that he’s “topped the list of being the biggest jerk in this house.” Adam explains that “there comes a time and place in a game of Big Brother where everybody must perform. I’m doing this to make sure that the POV a serious, serious epic battle for everybody in this house.”
As expected, Sheila goes on some more about the bond she felt she had with Adam, but “he took a knife and stabbed me in the back…over and over”. James, meanwhile, feels great that somebody does believe in him in the house. Ryan and Natalie, though, think that Adam’s a “frickin’ idiot.”
That’s it, folks, until we return Tuesday for the “epic battle”!
James To Sheila - Save Me And Shock Natalie.
James is in the Sauna room with Adam and Sheila - he has proposed to Sheila that she and Ryan agree to vote out Sharon.
James says that he will be able to go after Natalie more than Sharon ever will and he talks about how Natalie has been acting like she has won this game already - Sheila appears to agree - saying she has noticed how Natalie has been saying she doesn't think Sheila should win.
Who knows if this little plan of James has a snowballs chance in hell. Adam seems completely open to it - he just keeps saying he can't say much because he is HoH.
I really really doubt that Ryan will go along with all of this - he has been working on Sharon and is tighter with Natalie than Adam and maybe even Sheila.
Makes for some interesting live feeds though!

James Discretely Stirring the Pot

Although Adam has offered to campaign for him, James says he has accepted the fact that he's going to sequester because he'll never get Sheila and Natalie's votes. Instead, he's quietly pointing out some truths that the other boys have ignored. Among other things, he's told both Adam and Ryan that they're now going to be outnumbered, especially in the next HOH competition. He also advised Adam to divide them by getting Natalie to say more derogatory things about Sheila.
Finally, somebody is saying the things we've been chatting about for weeks.
This is a nice clip of James and Natalie going back and forth:
It's Official - James Up On the Block Again!
Why Are They Given So Little Booze?
With few exceptions, the Showtime broadcasts this season have been a bore. Half the house ends up in bed within the first hour, leaving the other half to just rehash the same "us 3 to the end" conversations they've had all day.
The exceptions to this rule are the nights they're allowed a little alcohol. "Little" is the key word here. They're rarely given more than one beer per person, or two bottles of wine to split with the whole house. Isn't that like one glass per person (I'm not a wine drinker so I have no clue)?
Yet this little bit of drink has helped them break away from game talk and actually have (somewhat) real conversations. Last night (videos below) was a perfect example. They all had a good time, and a little ribbing resulted in laughter instead of the usual running up to the HOH room to complain how evil James is.
I'm not saying that they should give them unlimited booze, as there are limits on what personal details should be revealed on Showtime. But let them have a little fun!
