I can't imagine the germs transfered from foot-to-mouth-to-mouth.

germ-wise, there are probably just as many germs under fingernails as there are under toenails.
Just think about all the germy surfaces your hands touch on a regular basis.....

true, but I don't see people being totally disgusted by the fingernail biting that does go on, like Ryan's.
I'm not saying that James isn't disgusting though, as his tatts certainly are. But oh well.
James grew up with pigs in a barn--he doesn't know any better. His parents placed him in the barn because he looks exactly like a pig---LOOK AT HIS FACE! You can't expect much from pigs... Ryan he is ugly,fat,lazy, back stabber that is greedy and a lousy friend. It'll bite him in the end.
