There's not a lot going on, except for Sheila describing to James the epiphany she had last night during the endurance competition. Watching the others hang for hours and hours made her realize that she has "piggybacked" off people her entire life, especially when she was in her 20's (I'll bet). She now realizes she was protecting Matt, and letting Natalie help her get by, and she's not going to do that anymore.

Blehhh. I figured stuff would, yuh know, HAPPEN today. I don't know why I assumed that... Now I suppose I can turn off the feeds and do some work, as there's nothing happening. At least there's that.
She likes to point out how wise she is with age and she is just now figuring that out? I saw it the first 5 mins she was in the house.
She is a former model who has been catered to and given things all her live based on looks.
